MASSAGE THERAPY

An Ayurvedic-inspired treatments to help your body reset.

Is a feel-good, deeply nurturing designed treatment from head-to toe that mixes all the techniques I've picked up on my travels from Ayurvedic massage in India to more intuitive styles I've developed along the way in Thailand and Italy. No strict routines here! Each session is totally personalised, depending on how you feel that day and what your body's asking for. Think of it as a reset button for your system, gentle, grounding and oh-so-soothing.

In Ayurvedic tradition, massage is considered essential for maintaining health and preventing disease. Each treatment is designed to balance your unique constitution or dosha Vata (air), Pitta (fire), or Kapha (earth). I blend traditional Ayurvedic techniques with modern therapeutic approaches, using warm herbal oils and specific pressure points to release tension, improve circulation, and restore your body's natural balance.

Whether you're seeking relief from specific conditions, detoxificationor simply deep relaxation. These treatments offer profound benefits for both body and mind.

Let's Connect!

Curious if it's a good fit for your upcoming retreat or event? I'd love to hear more about it.

1:1 MASSAGE TREATMENT

What is a massage for you? A moment of pause? A release of tension? A return to your body?

Massage, for me, is much more than technique. It's a conversation without words, a sacred space where the body feels seen, held, and listened to.

Every session is tailored to your unique needs in that moment, whether you're looking to soften physical tightness, reset your nervous system, or simply rest.

I offer 1:1 treatments in a calm, private setting, combining intuitive touch with Ayurvedic wisdom and a grounded, present energy. If you're curious to experience this space for yourself, or if you feel your body calling for care, I'd love to hear from you.

Before we begin, I'll ask: What is a massage for you? What do you expect or wish to receive from it? Your answers help me understand how to best support you, with presence, intention, and care.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

How far in advance should I book your services?

For retreats, I recommend booking at least 3 months in advance. For smaller workshops and private events, 3-4 weeks notice is usually sufficient. Don't hesitate if you have a last minute request, sometimes we can make it happen.

Do you travel for events?

Yes, I'm available for retreats and events internationally. Travel expenses, accommodation and food will be included in the quote.

What is your pricing structure?

Each guest pays individually for their treatment, based on the type and length of the session they choose. You, as a retreat host, don't need to cover my massage services.

As a retreat host, I only ask for basic support with:

  • Travel expenses
  • Accommodation during the retreat
  • Meals (plant-based preferred)

This allows you to offer high-quality, optional massage treatments without adding extra costs to your retreat budget.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, as soon as the travel expenses are covered, our agreement will be confirmed.
