SAMPLE RETREAT BUFFET MENU

All menus can be customized based on seasonal availability, retreat themes, number of meals and participant dietary needs.

Breakfast

  • Warm quinoa or oat chia turmeric porridge with seasonal fresh fruits, toasted nuts and seeds
  • Soy yogurt, peanut butter, jam
  • Tomatoes, toasted bread
  • Herbal tea selection

Lunch

  • One grain of choice with roasted seasonal vegetables, legumes, and tahini dressing
  • Fresh green mixed leaves
  • Hummus, toasted bread

Afternoon Snack

  • Energy balls with dates, nuts, and superfoods or vegan cake
  • Turmeric golden milk
  • Fresh fruit
  • Chilled coconut water

Dinner

  • Seasonal vegetable curry with aromatic herbs and spices
  • Brown rice
  • Coconut chutney

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How far in advance should I book your services?

For retreats I recommend booking at least 3 months in advance. For smaller workshops and private events, 3-4 weeks notice is usually sufficient. Don't hesitate if you have a last minute request, sometimes we can make it happen.

Do you travel for events?

Yes, I'm available for retreats and events internationally. Travel expenses, accommodation and food will be included in the quote.

Can you accommodate specific dietary restrictions?

Absolutely! All menus are plant-based by default, and I can easily accommodate gluten-free, nut-free, soy-free, and other specific dietary needs with advance notice. Dairy and eggs can be added on request.

What is your pricing structure?

Pricing varies based on the scope of the event, number of participants, duration, and specific requirements. I'm happy to provide detailed quotes after understanding your needs.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due two weeks prior to the event.
